Engle Martin Strengthens Specialty Loss Group with Addition of Carstens

Engle Martin & Associates, Inc., a national independent loss adjusting and claims management firm, has announced the addition of Thomas Carstens, CPCU, to its Atlanta-based leadership team as director of the Specialty Loss Group (SLG). Led by Engle Martin veteran and nanaging director Joe Slane, the SLG is comprised of Engle Martin’s elite nationwide team of highly credentialed and experienced executive general adjusters, and is dedicated to managing high-value, complex losses from a variety of commercial business segments.

Carstens joins the company following a three-decade career in the insurance industry.

He served most recently as Crawford & Company’s senior vice president of Performance and director of U.S. Property Claims Services. Carstens earned the designation of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter.
