Rankin Claim Services (RCS), a North Carolina-based independent adjusting firm, announced the launch of its specialty mechanical investigation unit dedicated to uncovering subrogation potential on losses involving plumbing components.
“As the cost of engineers rise, and the cause of the failure in plumbing components is uncertain, it makes sense for us to better qualify losses that have the potential for subrogation,” said Jason Rankin, RCS’s president and founder.
The RCS staff has completed extensive training in the identification of defective plumbing components and improper installation.
