England Joins Key Risk Management in N.C.

Thomas D. England is now senior vice president with Key Risk Management Services in Greensboro, North Carolina, a workers compensation subsidiary of W.R. Berkley Corp.. He will be responsible for client services provided by the firm’s Alternative Risk Services division. He will also direct development of new products offerings.

England brings 30 years experience in self-insured claims administration and supporting risk management services, including managed care. Most recently, he was responsible for all operations in the eastern U.S. for a large third party administrator.
