The Main Street America Group in Jacksonville, Fla. has implemented N’Site Solutions Inc.’s NSolutionssv4.net web-based service claims software to provide, host, modify and support its claims field adjusting from dispatch to completion.
“N’Site’s solutions will provide our claim representatives with a seamless and transparent workflow that delivers the information they need to evaluate a policyholder claim, give our estimators an easy-to-use system to receive new assignments and return documents, and manage results through reliable reporting and quality review modules,” said Tom Westgate, Main Street Group corporate appraisal manager.
