CNA insurance companies announced the opening of a Catastrophe Operations Center within its Nashville, Tennessee office for handling anticipated claims from Hurricane Dennis.
All new Hurricane Dennis losses should be reported through First Notice Systems (FNS) by calling or faxing to the following numbers:

Once losses have been reported to First Notice Systems, CNA’s claim staff will be on hand in the Nashville Catastrophe Operations Center to assist with policyholders’ daily needs. The designated telephone and fax numbers for the Catastrophe Operations Center are: Voice Line 1-877-706-0671; Fax Line 1-877-706-0672
CNA’s Catastrophe Response Operations staff is on standby to respond to customers’ needs in anticipation of Hurricane Dennis striking the Gulf Coast States of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and other areas.
