IAS Claim Services celebrated its 30th anniversary as a national independent insurance claims service provider. The company was founded in 1984 in Richardson, Texas and has since grown in to a multi-million dollar company with nationwide coverage.
In 2006, IAS was acquired by Larry Cochran, and in 2009, Cochran moved the headquarters to San Antonio, Texas.
Earlier this year, the company launched Claimatic, a first-of-its-kind, patent-pending, automated field dispatch software system for property and casualty claims. The system integrates multiple data sources in real-time identifying the best available resource using loss location, adjuster or inspector qualifications, availability and other criteria to make fast, accurate field resources assignment.
IAS has 19 offices across the U.S. and has expanded services from personal lines homeowners’ property claims in three primary states, to four divisions providing third-party administration, large loss/commercial loss adjusting, daily personal lines and catastrophe claims nationally.
