The U.S. Geological Survey has recorded another small earthquake near Jones.
The 2.8 magnitude quake was recorded at 9:32 p.m. Feb. 14 near Jones – about 25 miles northeast of Oklahoma City.
No damage or injuries have been reported.
Quakes of magnitude 2.5 to 3 are generally the smallest felt by people.
Numerous small earthquakes have been recorded in the area during the past year.
