Empirix Inc., a provider in helping organizations strengthen customer loyalty through assured Web and voice application performance, has been invited to make a presentation at the 2005 Customer Contact Center and Claims Conference, sponsored by Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
The annual event for Blue Cross and Blue Shield employees involved in providing customer service is being held at the Westin La Cantera in San Antonio, Texas from March 13-16.
The presentation, titled “Ensuring Your Contact Center Technology Works for You, Not Against You – A Case Study on WellPoint,” will be given by Nathan David, director of Product Management, Contact Center Solutions for Empirix and Richard Curry, manager of Call Center Technologies for WellPoint (formerly Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield).
