I signed up through Privilege Care Marketing. I was asked to join a class action suit against PCMG and Privilge Care. Officials told us that they were bringing a civil suit to include our unpaid claims but I don’t know who the following are from the above post: local 16, dante gereno, franklin, sheila beshong, cory group and I think freedom and loory is Freedman and Lorry, the law firm representing Privilige Care and the Fund because I was shown some of their documents obtained through subpoena. Also who is drucker? The others I know of already. Fortunately or unfortunately I dropped out of the suit when the insurance agent who sold me the plan was forced by the stste to pay my claims or lose his insurance license.
I am still interested to see how this unwinds and help another business owner who was sold the plan by a different agent so any help would be appreciated.

Cynthia Holloway runs a company in California called RNLI, it is an employee leasing company that also provides payroll services and supposed medical/dental benefits. She sold ud this PIYWU insurance plan knowing full well that they would never pay any benefits! She is on the board of PITWU and sold this bogus plan to many people. She is a CRIMINAL and should be fined severly put in jail!!

Just stumbled accross this coincidently today. Any Idea where we go from here? My parents paid their claims and was wondering if anyone knows of any class action cases? The Department of Labor Issued a report December 2005. Contact 877-889-5627. Report issued is MEWA enforcement. I have been frustrated since 2003 and even have an email from Cindy dated Nov 2003. This whole thing is a bad joke. My insurance broker in Illinois also claims he has not errors and omissions insurance. I am about to take this out on him.
