Maccariella was with the PITWU but when my company joined I was told it was David Wienstien who was in charge of the fund and he had a previous conviction for fraud. Did he have E/O insurance? Has anyone heard anything more of this indictment?
my family was sold this insurance in the state of Illinois. We have about 20,000.00 in unpaid medical claims and my credit has been destroyed. Does anyone know, is there any way to recover anything? It does not seem like the state of Illinois is doing anything.The agents that sold this to me are still selling insurance and claim to have no liability.
Did you get your insurance from IUPIW? If so, who was the person who sold you the insurance? Did they pay any part at any time? Who is the local contact? Sorry for all the questions, but I have the same insurance and am trying to find whether it’s legit or not. Thanks.
There is a suit pending in Montgomery County, Texas against PITWU, MacCariella, Rutherford, Weinstein, and others. I am looking for as much information as anyone has on these guys, where they are, how to serve them with the suit, what they did with the money, etc. Any help would be appreciated.
