It is civil. I am an attorney and I represent an insurance agent who has been sued by a lady who bought into one of these plans. She and my client have also sued MacCariella, Weinstein, etc.
I know that in Travis County, Texas, the criminal case is proceeding. The prosecutor told me a few weeks ago that some of them have appeared and some have not shown up and forfeited their bond.
Has this case gone to trial yet or was there some other settlement? I read somewhere that the defense attorneys are climing the defendants were only middle men. Anyone hear anything?
ONLY middle men?? they made more money than the owners they where middle men for trg, employera mutual, iipiu ,southern plan local 125 ,pitwu,and many other plans

Why? Looks like he has a good source of raising money for you. I tlisted Ashiotes and Doyle in Turnersville…is it the same Ashiotes? Is there still no resolution in this case? Will nobody be held accountable for the millions of dollars lost?

I had IUPIW as well. I am now going through the nightmare of getting them to pay bills from 2004. I have not heard a word from my insurance brokers about this. If anyone has any ideas on how to pursue this, I’d be grateful!!!.
