Howden named Elizabeth Neumann executive vice president and financial lines claims leader for its U.S. operations.
She will be based in New York and will join the U.S. financial lines management team led by Ron Borys, who was recently named head of financial lines for Howden US.
Neumann joins Howden from CAC Specialty, where she was the U.S. financial lines legal and claims practice leader, overseeing claims operations, client advocacy and loss recovery.

She previously worked as a senior claims attorney at AXIS Insurance Co. and CNA Insurance, handling financial lines claims for publicly traded clients and large financial institutions.
Howden is a global insurance intermediary group that provides insurance, reinsurance and underwriting services. The group operates in 56 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, the U.S., Australia and New Zealand, employs 23,000 people.
