Voda Cleaning & Restoration Names Lee CFO and Chief Strategy Officer

Voda Cleaning & Restoration named Sae Lee chief financial officer and chief strategy officer.

In the dual role, Lee will oversee Voda’s financial operations, capital strategy, and long-term business planning, while also driving corporate development efforts that include strategic partnerships, unit economics optimization and platform growth initiatives.

Lee has more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory. He was most recently managing director at Consello. His prior experience includes roles at firms including Accenture, Bank of America Securities, Guggenheim and Barclays.
