WTW named Alena Kharkavets North American head of claims in its insurance consulting and technology business.
She will work with clients to advance their claims analytics, embedding data science and AI into claims processes. She also offers advice to clients on the most effective use of data and analytics.
Kharkavets comes from Intact Financial Corporation, where she held progressively senior roles.
WTW has its U.S. headquarters in Arlington, Virginia.
