Xceedance Acquires CIS Claim Services

Xceedance acquired CIS Claim Services, the claims business of CIS Group.

With the acquisition, Xceedance adds 155 team members. The acquisition also expands the Xceedance claims platform to include alternative dispute resolution, litigated claims management and a wider field adjuster network.

Xceedance is a provider of consulting, technology, operations support, and data services for the insurance industry.

CIS Group is headquartered in Southlake, Texas, with inspectors and adjusters in all 50 states.
