HDI Global Names Major Chief Claims Officer for UK and Ireland

HDI Global added Tom Major as a chief claims officer.

The appointment takes effect Feb. 7, 2025. Major will join the executive team, reporting to Stephanie Ogden, CEO, UK and Ireland.

Major comes from Allianz, where he currently serves as U.K. head of claims at Allianz Commercial. He has held a variety of roles across underwriting and claims in 12 years at Allianz.

HDI Global SE is the industrial lines division of the Talanx Group. The division has roughly 5,000 employees.
