CLARA Analytics added Wayne Chung chief technology officer and Mark Tainton chief customer officer.
Chung has experience in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and systems engineering. Chung was the CTO for BlueVoyant and prior to that as the CTO of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He is also a technical advisor to the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.


Tainton takes on the newly created role of chief customer officer. He has more than three decades in the insurance industry, with experience in data science, AI, business intelligence and risk management. Tainton previously worked at Ventiv Technology, Calamos Investments, HUB International, Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and Aon Risk Solutions.
CLARA is headquartered in California’s Silicon Valley, and it is a provider of AI technology for insurance claims optimization.
