SCA Claim Services Names Alwag Quality Assurance Director

SCA Claim Services named Max Alwag as its quality assurance director.

Alwag will lead a quality assurance team of licensed adjusters tasked with the review of claims. The team’s responsibilities include cycle time compression and loss cost reduction, prevention of errors and oversights, ensuring files are written to carrier standards and streamlining claims processing.

Alwag has more than 30 years of experience in the collision sector. He was previously a general manager at Caliber Collision. Before that he was with Crash Champions.

SCA Claim Services is a national appraisal and adjusting company providing services to insurance carriers, financial services companies, adjusting companies, municipalities and other organizations. SCA also has a specialty unit that appraises heavy equipment and commercial vehicles, and a residential and commercial property damages unit.
