It would be helpful to know if the severity of the “increased number” of rear-end collisions were more/less than the “fewer” T-Bone or angle collisions these cameras presence seem to suggest provided that we want to focus on the safety aspects of this study. Or are we more interested in potential infringement of privacy or government/law enforcement over reach? Severity vs. frequency should be considered if safety or “insurance” is to be the focus.
