Cunningham Lindsey, a global loss adjusting and risk management services company, announced the appointment of Randy Gray as senior vice president and head of Loss Adjusting Services.
In this role, Gray will expand and strengthen the loss adjusting portfolio for personal lines across the United States by focusing on service delivery and geographical coverage.
Gray has 30 years of claims operations management experience, including leadership of regional claim services, catastrophe operations and centralized services. He will work in tandem with Jim Buckley, head of US Commercial Lines, and Cullen Sophy, head of Specialty Services including Major and Complex Loss and Forensic Advisory Services, to bring a unique yet customized approach to clients seeking diversified loss adjusting services.
