Georgia-based RYTECH, a national provider of water damage mitigation services to property insurers, announced that Jay Straughan has joined the company as chief operating officer.
Straughan brings more than twenty-four years of claims leadership and a track record of successfully growing services businesses to the newly created position.
Straughan will be responsible for sales, marketing, HR and finance, and will work closely alongside CEO William D. “Bubba” Ryan and Randy Kerlin.
In addition, Randy Kerlin, formerly VP Business Development, was promoted to executive vice president of Operations.
