Triage Management Services, Inc., a third party administrator that manages a network of national, regional and local contractors specializing in roofing, siding and gutter restoration, water mitigation, general contracting, flooring, textile, furniture and cabinet restoration, and operator of the First Choice Repair Network, announced that William J. “Bill” Breslin has been appointed president & chief executive officer.
Breslin served as senior vice president of Claims for USAA and at GE Financial Assurance, and has more than 35 years of technical and management experience in personal and commercial claims operations.
As the founder and CEO of Wenonah Consulting, Breslin led assignments for Liberty Mutual, GMAC, Fred Loya, Nationwide, Oklahoma and Texas Insurance Departments, and several third party providers and private equity firms.
Jay Southerland, founder of Triage Management Services, will continue to serve as chairman of the Board.
