The Hanover Appoints Greg Leffard To Lead Professional Liability Business

The Hanover Insurance Group, Inc., a provider of property/casualty insurance for businesses, families and individuals, named Greg Leffard president of Hanover Professional Portfolio, responsible for the company’s E&O businesses. Hanover Professional provides industry leading professional liability and errors and omissions solutions for small and mid-sized firms, with customized offerings for lawyers, architects and engineers, accountants, and a broad range of other professional, technical, and business service industries.

Leffard comes to The Hanover from The Hartford, where he served in a range of leadership roles over the past nine years. Most recently, he was vice president in the company’s financial products division with responsibility for professional liability. Previously, Greg held a number of underwriting, claims and business management positions at Travelers and was also in private practice as an insurance defense attorney.
