Symbility Solutions, a provider of cloud-based and smartphone/tablet-enabled claims technology for the property and casualty insurance industry, announced that Donan, a nationwide forensic investigation firm, has signed a multi-year agreement to integrate Symbility into its operations.
As part of the agreement, Donan will implement Symbility’s Claims Connect, a property and casualty claims workflow management software that will increase the speed and efficiency of communications around forensic claim investigation services, and streamline the traditional carrier/vendor communication process.
“We know that expertise, speed and accuracy are requirements in our industry. Our partnership with Symbility will make the communication process between the claim handler and an expert faster and more accurate,” said Lyle Donan, CEO and Donan president. “For the first time, carriers will be able to transfer claim information directly from Symbility to Donan. For our customers, that eliminates double entry of information – as well as the time and risk of human error associated with it. Making the process as convenient as possible is important to us.”
“We look forward to offering our shared customers innovative, cloud-based solutions that will provide significant improvements to the current communication cycle between carriers and vendors,” said James Swayze, CEO, Symbility Solutions.
