Ringler Associates, a national structured settlement company, named Tom Blackwell vice president & program director of Ringler Medicare Solutions, Inc. (RMS).

Blackwell joins RMS with over 20 years of expertise in sales and sales management. He also brings expertise in claims management, claims settlement processes and Medicare compliance.

As program director of Ringler Medicare Solutions, Blackwell joins a team of professionals in the administration of workers’ compensation claims, liability claims and in claim settlement strategies where Medicare and Medicaid consideration is necessary. RMS works in support of Ringler Associates’ national network of structured settlement professionals and directly with clients to untangle the maze of Medicare compliance.
