Aon eSolutions, the technology solutions business of Aon Corporation and Aon Global Risk Consulting will offer public entities a holistic claims tool that combines browser-based claims technology with claims consulting services. The two-pronged approach is designed to help organizations optimize their casualty claims process.

With shrinking budgets and staff, public entities are being forced to do more with less. In terms of casualty claims, they must increase their efficiency in handling.
