A judge incapable of correctly interpreting law, who sees all through the tainted vision of degenerate left wing ideology is not qualified for the supreme court. The idea of having Ricci testify and asking Sotamayer to explain why this is not an example of blatant racist bias would be a great picture for the public to observe.
John Roberts has been generally acknowledged, even by such left wing bigots as Schumer and Boxer, as an unprecedented genious in the history of Supreme Court judicial hearings. He sat for 8 hours of griiling by the left wing loons citing cases and law from memory, without once referring to notes. Justie Alito was not far behind in acumen although he did refer to one or two notes.
These justices — who take pride in living by the constitution rather than their opinions — exeemplify the virtue that our nation was founded on and to which its future aspires, instead of the dead dreams of marxist nihilists.
