Many of you may think that using the TARP money for geese is a ludicrous idea…but it may sound downright intelligent when you watch how my homies like Barney Frank and I are going to spend it!

Talk about generational theivery…you have no idea! Oh Boy…We’re gettin another trillion in the cookie jar and look-out!!

Oh my gosh! what next! some folks just don’t have enough to do it seems – give me a break with all this foolishness and ridiculous comments – you should say “THank God” no one was killed, the pilots (all of them) did their job!

I remember a baseball game in Canada years ago where a prominent major league player was under threat of arrest if he entered the country again. He had killed a bird with a fly ball during the game. It’s a good thing this attack on those helpless birds didn’t happen up north.

10 reasons for geese to fly into the path of an airliner:

    10) you are invading my airspace.

    9) our gyroscopes were offline.

    8) radar was not working.

    7) we honked but you just kept going.

    6) emergency break away plan did not work with our flight pattern.

    5) thought you were going the other direction.

    4) had trouble lining up on your wing.

    3) our flock was not showing up on your radar.

    2) the geese flight controller gave us the wrong directions.

    1) we could not hear above your engine noise.

Who knows, maybe all of the passagers are happy to be alive and will not look for any compensation, except what hey received from the airline already for damaged luggage. If this were to happen then what would the attorney’s do? I can only hope that this is the outcome, but with 155 passangers the law of averages says someone will look for $$$$. I hope not.

well, i don’t always put in lame comments… but here’s my point:

it was well done and everyone did what they were supposed to do. no life was lost. but when you see posts of folks always complaining or saying that it’s uncle sam’s fault or bush or obama, we know that it’s not true. it be like me stating that, you drove your car into the wall or light pole, but instead of taking responsibility for the action, you blame it on someone outside of yourself. society today does not want to be responsible, just money hungry. lawyers are ready to battle down the doors no matter who is in the right or wrong. they will get their money. what makes it worse is that most cases are frivilous and take years to come to court. also, most folks don’t realize that it does really take 2 pilots to launch or land a plane, especially during emergencies and the flight crew helping by instructing the passengers. thankfully, in this case everyone proceeded accordingly. i was on a plane a few days after this event going out to vegas…

sometimes, we just need a bit of humor to get over things. just stop blaming folks.
