PartnerOne Offers 4 New Environmental Insurance Products

PartnerOne Environmental — Beacon Hill Associates’ underwriting division — has partnered with ACE Westchester to offer four new environmental insurance products for agents pursuing environmental protection for their clients.

The new policies include PartnerOne Self Storage Plus, which addresses pollution exposures to self storage facilities; PartnerOne Property Management Mold E&O, which is geared toward property management operations with the potential for mold; PartnerOne Premises Pollution for industrial and commercial facilities, and PartnerOne CPL Plus, a combined pollution/professional liability form.

These policies target both contracting risk and fixed site exposures and are issued by either Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Co., Illinois Union Insurance Co. or ACE American Insurance Co.
