Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft stores is recalling about 4,500 Best Value park benches sold at its stores nationwide.
The Ohio-based retailer says the large benches with a lattice-style back can become unstable and break, posing a risk that someone could fall.
The company says no injuries or incidents have been reported. But it’s urging consumers to return the park benches to any Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft store for a full refund.
The benches were made in China and were sold at the stores from January through March.
Jo-Ann is based in Hudson, 12 miles north of Akron.
