The headline for the post I responded to was, \”Uh oh, you\’re gay – well you are SO FIRED!\” So…. hmmmm…. that\’s a hard one to figure out….. what DID I mean by that….?

You changed the headline Tom (duh!). So you could have been talking about anything. I was not rude to you, but you were to me (grow up!). Since you are not very good at getting your point across I will assume you think gay people are \”deviants\”.

That comment alone explains your stupidity.

\”This used to be a free country.\” Guess it isn\’t anymore since Tom thinks people aren\’t free to be homosexual. (And I am heterosexual, for the record).

No wonder the world is getting worse instead of better… ::waits for the bible thumpers to educate me about the sins of homosexuality::

How do I wish to see them treated? That\’s not the issue, though the answer would be: With the same kindness and deference any lost sinner deserves.

But the real question is, How should people who don\’t want sexual deviance in their face all day be treated? Or, How should people be treated who don\’t want to associate with people who carry exotic diseases be treated? And the answer is: To the degree that they control the situation, they should be free not to assiciate with people whose lives are lived in defiance of the laws of nature and of nature\’s God.

As for ignorance, it is the practices of deviants that betray ignorance both of the complementarity of the male and female bodies, and of basic hygene.

I\’m trying to understand your point of view on this. I think I almost have it but I\’m not sure on a couple of issues.

I\’m not sure what you mean by exotic diseases. Are these different from other diseases that normal people get?

I\’m not sure what you mean by sexual deviance in their face

Gay people have AIDS. Heterosexual people don\’t. Wait! That\’s not right. Hmm… exotic diseases? (exotic means Intriguingly unusual or different; excitingly strange) Exotic probably wasn\’t a good choice of words on Tom\’s part. That sodomy comment was posted by Tom\’s doppelganger.

You know what? I should have the freedom to not be preached to about how homosexuality is wrong. But, it doesn\’t stop people.

\”How should people who don\’t want sexual deviance in their face all day be treated?\” So, don\’t sit all day at Cracker Barrel and have a meal. Cook at home. I don\’t want to have ignorant people (hey Tom!) in MY face all day, but it\’s impossible to get away from and so I have to live with it.

\”As for ignorance, it is the practices of deviants that betray ignorance both of the complementarity of the male and female bodies, and of basic hygene.\”

Uhm, gay people don\’t brush? They don\’t shower? That is an asinine comment. Do you shower? Because you smell bad to me. What someone does behind closed doors is none of your business. I am sure you have some type of habit that people would find dysfunctional. How would you feel if someone were to condemn you for your habit? No, gay people shouldn\’t make out in public. But, straight people shouldn\’t either. It\’s just bad manners.

Not sure of your point either. But, I am sure it probably doesn\’t make sense. :)

    I couldn\’t resist (subject line)!

I live in Florida, what state do you live in? I am just curious.

As always, I enjoy your posts!
