Cannon Cochran Management Services Inc., a self-insurance program and third-party administrators, has acquired G.E. Young & Company, Inc. G.E. Young, an independent adjusting and third-party administration with offices in Colorado, Oregon, Washington and Minnesota.
G.E. Young has built and maintained business relationships through innovate cost-effective solutions to loss activity and implementing loss prevention and cost reduction strategies. Established in 1990 as a one-man company, G.E. Young evolved into a regional leader providing claims services to the insurance and self-insured markets.

Young. “When we explored the opportunity with CCMSI it became very evident that our client service philosophies aligned perfectly. Both organizations have a new alternative vision to the old TPA model. This vision will allow us to deliver our proven client centric service model to what we believe are under serviced markets across the country.”
The G.E. Young organization will be integrated into CCMSI and will operate under the CCMSI identity. G.E. Young, president James Young will assume the position of regional sales executive – Southwest Region.
