BrightServ Names Frank as VP of Insurance Services

Michael Frank has joined BrightServ’s management team as senior vice president, Insurance Services. His responsibilities include the integration of client requirements, management of client’s contractor programs, and BrightServ processes to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction among BrightServ’s clients and their policyholders. Based in Dallas, Texas, BrightServ is a subsidiary of BrighClaim, Inc., a provider of integrated claim solutions headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

Frank’s career spans over 25 years in the insurance industry. He has been consistently promoted to positions of increased responsibility. His career began as a premium auditor for an insurance carrier, then later as a multi-line independent adjuster, with the last 13 years spent with two major property and casualty insurers, he gained experience as a large loss claims manager, program manager, field claims manager, and corporate officer. In addition to his extensive experience in handling both commercial and personal lines claims, Frank also developed substantial experience in the management of contractor repair programs and natural catastrophe response. Michael has an MBA in Finance from St. Mary’s, an Associate in Claims designation, a Senior Claims Law Associate designation, and has his CPCU designation.
