RTW Partners with First Notice Systems’ Solution

First Notice Systems Inc., a provider in claim-reporting solutions for the insurance industry, and RTW Inc., a provider of products and services to effectively manage the costs associated with insured workers’ compensation programs and self-insured absence programs, announced that FNS began providing its claim reporting solution to RTW.

The FNS solution for RTW includes:

* 24 /7 availability;
* Call center redundancy;
* Self-service Internet-based claims reporting capability.

RTW reportedly selected FNS based on its service experience and expertise in the first notice of loss space.

RTW considered first notice of loss a non-core process within its business model, and determined that the process could be better served by an organization that has a best-of-breed service offering in the claims marketplace.
