CoreSource, a national third-party employee benefit administrator, has introduced interactive voice response (IVR) capabilities to provide clients and healthcare providers easy, timely and secure access to medical claim, eligibility and general information at any time.

CoreSource IVR is designed to quickly offer callers the information they need, including:

— Medical, dental or vision claim status

— Paid or pending claims for the current and previous year

— Medical, dental or vision coverage/eligibility information

— Short tutorials covering information such as how to submit a claim, file an appeal, update contact information, and request ID cards or booklets

— For providers, details on how to submit claims electronically

All information is available in Spanish as well as English, and, at any time during business hours, a caller may transfer to a CoreSource Customer Service Representative.
