ISource’s Latest Insights Report Provides In-depth Perspective for Medical Liability Reform

Commercial finance firm CapitalSource Inc. has recently published the winter 2004 edition of its free quarterly report called Insights, which focuses on medical malpractice litigation and its effect on insurance premiums and resultant patient access problems.

This report, entitled “Medical Liability Reform: Seeking Solutions to the Current Health Care Crisis,” features detailed information on specific settlements, the effects of large jury awards and current and proposed tort reform legislation.
