HomeInfoMax Adds New Features to Web site

May 28, 2004

HomeInfoMax, an online real property and ownership information provider has added several new features to its Web site.

The recently restructured and redesigned interface now offers several new tools and features intended for individual and corporate use. The geographical coverage area has been expanded and now extends to 41 states with over 825 counties – residential, commercial, industrial, vacant lands and all other types of real state are included in its database.

The user now has an option of getting a basic property report or a detailed property report. This dual choice provides the user with an opportunity to select the abridged version of the property report at a lower cost. For those who may need the complete report, a detailed form will provide all known public records, including mortgage information and property taxes. Three methods of searches are supported: search by address, search by owner name (business or individual), and search by the Assessor’s Parcel Number.

A new recurring monthly payment plan is also available for less than $10 per month and provides uninterrupted and unrestricted access to all available products and services.

Another new development includes an exclusive property lead generator system. This program is primarily designed for mass mailing and is compatible with the “Do-Not-Call-List” regulations. This tool allows the user to generate unlimited number of property leads and print labels directly from PCs.
