Christine Logan Buechner has acquired James E. Logan & Associates and will assume the role of president and CEO of the company.
Started by her father James in 1996, James E. Logan & Associates provides comprehensive settlement consulting services in Michigan and across the U.S.
With the acquisition, the firm becomes the only woman-owned and operated structured settlement firm in the United States.
Logan Buechner has been a certified structured settlement consultant for the past 25 years and formerly held the position of executive vice president of the firm as well as its sister company, American Settlement Centers, Inc. She has served on the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) board and is a former Chair of the NSSTA’s PAC Board of Directors.
She will assume the new role of owner and president/CEO immediately.
