Gallagher Bassett Hires Anderberg as Senior VP-Analytics

Itasca, Ill.-based Gallagher Bassett Services Inc., a subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., provides claims management, medical cost containment, analytical and consultative services, announced that Gary Anderberg is joining the company as senior vice president-claim analytics.

Anderberg comes to Gallagher Bassett from Broadspire, where he was practice leader for analytics and outcomes as well as director of development for the e-Triage claim application.

Anderberg is widely published and a frequent presenter at conferences sponsored by Self Insurance Institute of America (SIIA), Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC), Integrated Benefits Institute (IBI), Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and the National Disability and Workers’ Compensation Conference & Expo.

Recent accomplishments include recognition as a Risk & Insurance magazine Innovator of the Year in 2010 and again in 2012, and winning the DMEC Partnership award in 2012 in “recognition of exemplary support and dedication” to advancing DMEC goals.
