Disaster Kleenup International Inc., a network of quality, independent property damage restoration contractors, announced that Spectrum Restoration Services of Kaneville and First Advantage Restoration of South Elgin have joined the organization to strengthen DKI’s network in Illinois. DKI now has 31 locations in the Midwest.
“We are delighted to welcome First Advantage and Spectrum into the rapidly growing DKI network,” said Dale Sailer, president of DKI. “Their commitment to quick response, superior workmanship and outstanding customer service reaffirms DKI’s position in the marketplace as The Source for Quality Restoration and solidifies our position as the premier provider of restoration services in the Midwest. We look forward to a long and rewarding association with each of them.”
As DKI members, Spectrum and First Advantage can utilize DKI’s 24-hour call center and its DIAMOND claims tracking technology to enhance service to insurance and corporate customers. Their staff members are also eligible to participate in DKI training seminars and workshops, ensuring they remain abreast of changes and trends in the rapidly evolving restoration industry.
In addition to DKI’s claims technologies and training programs, Spectrum and First Advantage may also leverage the Disaster Kleenup brand for marketing, participate in the large loss claims and co-operative buying programs and leverage DKI’s national and regional corporate marketing initiatives.
