XN Financial Appoints Adam Golder Director of UK Operations

XN Financial Services, a specialist insurance products provider, named Adam Golder its director of UK Operations.

Based in London, he reports to Paul Coleman, executive vice president, XN Financial.

Golder is responsible for regional business development and oversight of operational compliance and UK strategy.

He began his career with Sedgwick; he was CEO of Marsh Private Clients and Chief Executive at AXA Art Insurance Limited in London, working across Europe among other locales. More recently Golder has worked with a number of companies, advising on corporate strategy and business development.

His appointment became effective in July 2012.
