GEICO is planning two job fairs in Pennsylvania for auto damage adjusters:
- Tuesday, July 16: Double Tree Hotel in Green Tree, located at 500 Mansfield Ave. in Pittsburgh between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Thursday, July 18: Embassy Suites – Philadelphia Airport, located at 9000 Bartram Ave. in Philadelphia between 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
GEICO, a member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies, is looking for entry-level auto damage trainees and experienced adjusters who have excellent customer service and time management skills, as well as a mechanical aptitude to help customers after an accident.
On-site interviews may be conducted in Pennsylvania; qualified candidates are encouraged to apply prior to attending the job fair.
Recent graduates are also invited to apply for insurance adjuster jobs through GEICO’s Supervisor Leadership Program (SLP), an entry-level, fast-track management training program that develops future business and team leaders. Candidates for this selective program are required to have a bachelor’s degree in business, or significant business coursework, leadership skills, as well as an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher.
New employees participate in an extensive 12-week training program for auto damage adjusters, including four weeks at the GEICO Auto Damage School in McLean, Va.
