Authorities say 12 people were treated at a hospital after a carbon monoxide emergency in the Bronx.
NBC New York says a five-story building in the Fordham neighborhood was evacuated around 5 a.m. Monday.
Officials detected high levels of the potentially deadly gas in the 5-story building.
The FDNY says 12 people felt dizzy and were taken to Jacobi Hospital.
