State police have arrested a man on charges he set fire to an adult book store in western Pennsylvania to cover up alleged thefts from the business.
Trooper Steve Limani tells The Associated Press that more information about the arrest and fire will be released after the man is arraigned later Thursday.
Nobody was hurt in the fire at Bargain Sales on Route 30 in Unity Township, though several firefighters were treated for heat exhaustion. The business is near the St. Vincent College campus, about 40 miles east of Pittsburgh.
The fire was reported shortly after midnight Thursday.
Limani didn’t immediately say how authorities linked the suspect to the fire. He would not say whether the suspect worked at the business or otherwise stole the money before allegedly setting the fire.
