The Delaware Fire Marshal’s Office says a blaze has destroyed a bait and tackle shop and an adjacent dwelling in Milford.
The Cedar Creek Bait & Tackle Shop near Slaughter Beach was destroyed in Monday morning’s fire. Slaughter Beach firefighters found heavy flames when they arrived at the scene; three other fire companies also responded.
Damage was estimated at $200,000. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
