I would have a tendency to agree that Staffordshire Terriers are an agressive breed, but many dog breeds can be agressive. The issue that often causes them to be distiguished from other agressive breeds is the SEVERITY of the attack and bite. Someone mentioned a chahuahua..they can be an agressive animal, but are you really scared of being attacked by one?
The breed of dog had little to do with this accident. Stupidity isn’t excluded from any contract that I have seen so this idiot is covered and should have his lobotomy finished to the benefit of society. Condolences to the man’s family for his untimely death.
