Authorities say one man is dead after a shed in West Springfield, Massachusetts exploded.
The back yard shed exploded and was engulfed in flames at about 10 p.m. on Wednesday.
The office of the medical examiner arrived and took away a body around 3 a.m. Thursday.
The victim’s name was not immediately released and it wasn’t immediately clear if the person was inside or outside of the shed when it exploded.
The cause of the explosion remains under investigation. Police Sgt. Dan O’Brien says the explosion is considered suspicious.
