State Senator Anthony Galluccio says his bill being would allow communities to request that tanker trucks be banned from certain rotaries.

The tanker rolled over in the Sweetser traffic circle in the early morning hours of December 5. The resulting fire engulfed two multi-family homes and dozens of cars.
