OneBeacon Names Sibilia Senior V.P. of Claims

OneBeacon Insurance Group, Ltd. has named Philip Sibilia as senior vice president of claims of its insurance operations. He succeeds Gary Black who retired at the end of 2006.

Sibilia has been with the company since 1979, serving in a variety of field and home office roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he served as technical claims officer.

OneBeacon’s principal business office is in Boston, Mass.
