July 7, 2006

For the second consecutive year, Bollinger, Inc. with New Jersey offices in Short Hills, Moorestown and Princeton, has been selected as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey. Bollinger placed #6 in the large company category (more than 200 employees).

Best Companies Group managed the survey process with assistance from Modern Think LLC, which analyzed the data and determined the final rankings.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the 50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience.

The firm listed as its mission statement “to maintain our strong values of integrity, respect and honesty in dealing with our customers, our employees and our insurance carrier partners.”

Bollinger, with roots dating back to 1876, is a privately held insurance agency.
